Arriving at the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise as we found a nice place offering good value for less money. However, the initial room was disappointing, with no warm water, and it took a full week to be moved to a better room overlooking the car park.

The hotel is situated directly opposite Dos Playas, which offers a fun play area with inflatable objects by the sea. The location facing the Caribbean sea is one of the best in Cancun.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient for nightlife and tour pickups, but the food quality and room amenities could be improved. I enjoyed the late-night relaxation under the stars but faced inconveniences like working air conditioning and noisy surroundings.
